Strategic Investment Agreement Between LabTech Ready GmbH and Arvin BioHealth Approved by OIETAI

Labtech Ready GmbH is pleased to announce a strategic investment agreement with ARVIN BioHealth (ARVIN Zist Salamat), a leading Iranian knowledge-based company specializing in medical laboratory diagnostics and pharmaceutical solutions. This partnership, officially approved by the Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran (OIETAI) on April 20, 2025, aims to accelerate innovation by expanding ARVIN BioHealth’s focus from solely diagnostic solutions to a broader spectrum of healthcare services.
By leveraging their combined expertise, the collaboration seeks to drive innovation not only in medical diagnostics but also in comprehensive healthcare development, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes and strengthening regional manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
